Horrible decoration on a motorbike

Isn't it funny to stick a doll on the motor of a motorbike? It looks terrible or horrible indeed. We found it at the car park of the World Trade Center. (Vietnam to Bangkok, Thailand)

Ah-Chin's birthday

Today is the birthday of Ah Chin (right), never ask me her age, I'll not tell you. Pazu invited her and Khun Poj (left) to Fuji restaurant for lunch, but this is definitely not the best way to celebrate her birthday because she's almost overweight. (Vietnam to Bangkok, Thailand)

Nana

This is Yuki-chan from Japan, we met him in Nha Trang of Vietnam a few months ago, he came to Bangkok for a week and he knew only Nana, a place where discos were the norm. "Where did you go last night?" Pazu asked Yuki. "Nothing..." Yuki replied embarrassingly. Okay, we should respect your private hobby. (Bangkok, Thailand)

Back to Bangkok

And Pazu took the flight a day after the Mid-Autumn Festvial back to Bangkok, Uncle Dan sent him to the airport. The staff at the check-in counter asked Pazu if he wanted a wheelchair (his legs were okay... just his hands) and Pazu refused for sure. Staff at the airport or on the aeroplane had been very helpful, most tried to help him to move the luggage. So what's inside the luggage? Coffee, coffee and coffee... the only thing that we missed so much about Vietnam were 1. family there; 2. friends; 3. coffee, coffee and coffee! (Vietnam to Bangkok, Thailand)

Plaster

Pazu was injured in Ayutthaya last month, he always thought his left palm or wrist was sprained only, so he didn't seek any further medical help except massaging himself with some Thai Boxing Balm. But after 2 weeks he couldn't help but think there must be something strange because he still couldn't take up a load a bit heavier. So Pazu went to the My Tho Provincial Hospital for an X ray check, "Oh very lucky, no problem", the doctor said. Pazu was too happy to have "confirmed" everything was fine so he had a carefree mind. Then after another week, Pazu's hand was still painful, he was being a bit more suspicious and then checked very carefully again, his untrained eyes finally spotted a fracture on the X ray film, it was right on his palm! Then he went to Doctor Huy to plaster his arm... hmmm.... it's going to be hot and itchy, especially when Pazu was going to ride his bike in Bangkok. And today is the Mid-Autumn Festival (Ngay Trung Thu) so we had a very big feast at grandpa's home. (My Tho, Vietnam)

Thai visa

This is a coffee shop right in front of the Thai Consulate and the couple were Anh Luan and Co Bich Ngan. Pazu got his new Thai visa so he could stay in Thailand a bit longer, US$30 for a 2-month tourist visa, US dollars is the only currency accepted inside, not Vietnam dongs and not even Thai baht. Pazu tried to talk to the receptionist lady in Thai, thinking she may be Thai, but she kept speaking English... oh she must be Vietnamese, so Pazu tried to talk to her in Vietnamese, she was still talking in English... (My Tho, Vietnam)

The very first escalator

My Tho is always like a town that never changes, the market is always the same. But this year it has something different, they have their first supermarket at last (and also the very first escalator in town!). People in My Tho were totally shocked by the moving staircase and some really had to take quite a lot of time to have enough courage to take the escalator, quite a funny sight, though they blocked the exit... this supermarket is said to be invested by a Taiwanese boss. Outside it you can see some photos, don't think that they got special prize from lucky draw, they were just thieves, stole something from the supermarket. (My Tho, Vietnam)

Well fed

It's always very well fed in Pazu's grandpa's home in My Tho of Vietnam, mango, tiger prawn (a very big species of prawn) and so on. Nothing is bad, but somehow Pazu misses Thailand very much. (My Tho, Vietnam)

Fly back to Vietnam

Why did Mr Oat go to the airport? Because Pazu went to the airport. And why did Pazu go to the airport? Because he had to fly back to Vietnam for some family matter. It's going to be a short trip and Pazu didn't want to take his bicycle along. Pazu wanted to take a photo to post on this blog, but couldn't really get it right. Oat wrinked his whole face and said, "You're taking too much photos!" And the second photo is the Mekong River view from Vietnam's sky. (Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City, and then My Tho)
