是樂園夜市 Suanlum Bazaar

在芽莊時認識一位在曼谷工作的台灣人，叫阿靜，還在泰國，便帶我們去「是樂園夜市」吃泰國菜。過了九個月頗清淡的越菜生活，這一餐味道真濃，味精也多。 Remember the Taiwanese lady I met in Nha Trang? She's still working in Bangkok and she took us to the Suanlum Night Bazaar to have some Thai food, which has a much stronger taste than Vietnamese cuisine, and seems to have more MSG too. 再見越南 Tam-biet Viet Nam

在越南剛好呆了九個月，現在坐飛雞去泰國曼谷，要小心禽流感。再見了越南！ Surprisingly I had really stayed in Vietnam for a total of nine months! I'm going to Bangkok of Thailand by air this morning. 河內 Hanoi

這個就是越南首都河內有名的還劍湖，據稱幾百年前有個越皇借了一把劍打走了中國人，後來把劍還回此湖，從此就叫還劍湖。留意一下我的竹帽子，在一家紀念品店買的，花了三千盾（HK$1.5）。 Back in Hanoi and sit on the riverside of the famous Hoan Kiem Lake, which means "Returned Sword" in Vietnamese, so called because it was said that a king borrowed a sword and defend his country against the Chinese enemies. 沙巴 Sapa

去了越南最北部的沙巴市鎮，那邊山區住了很多瑤民和苗人。 Here's Sapa Town, the northernmost area of Vietnam, near the Chinese border. I'm on the shoulder of a lady who has a red turban, it's the symbol of Red Dao people. Dao is the same as the Yao people in China and they actually came from China during the Qing Dynasty, some of them can still write a form of Chinese characters called Nom-Dao. 下龍灣 Ha Long Bay

下龍灣的遊船上，下龍灣是聯合國教科文組織的世界自然遺產。 Aunty Jeanette came to visit us from Hong Kong, so me and Pazu and Aunt travelled to Ha Long together, it was a nice trip and we did some kayaking, but we were lost and finally found our boat back after sunset.
